Campaign contributions are not tax deductible. Georgia state law limits contributions to $2,800 each for the primary and general elections per individual and business/corporation. Georgia law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $100 in a calendar year.
